We offer free consultations to all potential patients because we believe that you have the right to learn every detail about limb lengthening before making a decision and moving forward with treatment.

Your patient consultant will provide you with all the essential information about the surgery. However, if you would like more technical and detailed insights into surgical techniques, materials, and devices — or wish to have an online consultation directly with our surgeon — you can request a paid video consultation session through your patient consultant.

This special service is available for an additional fee of $100.

After receiving all the necessary information, you will be able to decide on your surgical method, the limb segment to be operated on (femur or tibia for legs, humerus for arms), your surgery date, and whether you prefer to stay in Turkey throughout your treatment or return home after a short hospital stay.

By correctly filling out the form provided by your patient consultant, you can share your decisions and preferences with us. This enables us to organize the process efficiently and provide you with the highest quality service in the shortest possible time. Please note that you may change your final decision regarding the surgical method up until the day of your operation. If you experience difficulties making a choice, your consultant will always be available to offer guidance and support.

Reservation and Payment Terms

• At the reservation stage, 10% of the total fee is collected as a deposit, and a deposit agreement valid for 6 months is signed. This ensures that your surgery price remains fixed for 6 months.

• To avoid delays in your scheduled operation, the remaining 90% of the surgery fee and the accommodation cost must be paid 2–3 weeks before your arrival in Turkey, as international bank transfers may require extra time.

• If you prefer to make a cash payment, it can be delivered directly to our company’s accountant 1 day before surgery.
